• Student Concerts at the Perot Theatre

Each January, the TSO performs two concerts especially for students. A special concert for Elementary grades is the perfect way to expose young music-lovers to the instrumental "families" of the orchestra in a live symphony performance. A second concert, complete with informative remarks from the Maestro, brings the classics to life for Middle and High School Students.

• In-School Education programs

TSO Workshops
TSO professional musicians visit classrooms, perform with their instruments, explain their musical technique and address technical and musical issues with young performers.

Maestro Talks or ArtsTalk
The TSO maestro or artistic staff will visit schools with a 40-minute musical career presentation or concert preview. An ideal format for middle and high school students!

• Concert Previews

FREE for all ticket holders - Before every regular season concert - 6:45 p.m. in the Perot Theatre auditorium, the Maestro will introduce each concert with an informative talk the whole family will enjoy.

Concert Previews may also be scheduled for civic and community organizations.
